Billy Griffin – Vice President

Connector. Role model. Advocate. Billy is the heartbeat of Thrive’s mission, helping teens unlock their potential with support, wisdom, and care. His passion for youth development drives everything he does — creating spaces where growth, respect, and resilience thrive.

Shawna Prope – Founder & CEO

Visionary. Designer of change. Shawna leads Thrive Together with heart, creativity, and an unstoppable commitment to empowering teens. With deep roots in youth outreach and program innovation, she brings bold ideas to life — turning purpose into impact and transforming challenges into opportunity.
